The goal of Coronation Park Community Association is to provide its' residents with programming that contributes to the overall health and well-being of the community. A healthy community means residents who are engaged and involved both locally and globally. Its' residents are informed and empowered to make decisions and take action on issues that matter to them. ABS On The Ball

This class is designed to focus on yoru core, abs and glut (butt) muscles. Using an exercise ball, we focus on your core and abdominal muscles, your middle and lower back, as well as the muscles that make up your butt and hips. You can expect increased flexibility, stablility, balance and toning.

ABS I
Starts: Monday, January 25th, 2010
For Adults ages 16 to 99 This program is open for registration.

ABS I is a class designed to focus on strengthening your core, abs and glut (butt) muscles. Exercises are, for the most part, stationary and focus on your core and abdominal muscles, your middle and lower back as well as the muscles that make up your butt and hips. You can expect increased stability, flexibility and toning from this class.
